COLORADO STATE'S BEST TEACHER AWARDS

Event Producer

​

  • Was given full responsibility for planning and implementing CSU’s Best Teacher Awards Ceremony. 

  • Outlined event logistics to develop client-driven creative concepts, event decor, marketing materials, and budget details. 

  • Creatively collaborated with event producers to ensure client’s demands were met throughout the planning process. 

 

TEDX MILE HIGH

Event Assistant

  • Assisted with logistical development for five TEDx MileHigh events: TEDxMileHigh-Make Believe, TEDxWomen, TEDxPoint of Departure, TedxMileHigh-Wonder, and TedxMilehigh-Reset. 

  • Worked alongside the event coordinator with various event tasks like managing RSVP lists, assembling 2400+ programs and name badges for each event, signage, registration, escorting speakers, communicating with vendors and employees of the venue, and maintaining a positive attitude.

 

WARNER COLLEGE OF NATURAL RESOURCES SCHOLARSHIP DINNER

Event Lead

  • Was given full responsibility for planning and implementing CSU’s Warner College of Natural Resources Scholarship Dinner. 

  • Outlined event logistics to develop client-driven creative concepts, event decor, marketing materials, and budget details. 

  • Creatively collaborated with event producers to ensure client’s demands were met throughout the planning process.
